Top 5 Motivational Podcasts for Women that Actually Inspire Change and Empower

I’ve been on a Podcast kick for the past 6 months. To me it’s like a form of therapy. There’s something magical about being talked to, encouraged and supported by someone who’s actually experienced hardships and breakthroughs and is on the other side to guide you through it.

I’m also a stay at home mom and when the kids are at school, I’m left in an empty house. Sometimes the silence can be deafening…sometimes, haha. So turning on an inspirational podcast helps me feel less isolated and more connected.

They’re also kind of grounding. I love hearing different experiences and success stories even if I don’t totally relate to them. There’s value in expanding your understanding of what others have gone after and accomplished. They even helped give me the boost I needed to create and publish this blog, along with the advice and inspiration from Marie Forleo because lets be honest, we all know I freaking love her.

If you find yourself in a season of transition, longing for something, or uncertainty, I urge you to find podcasts that you look forward to listening to. You gain fresh perspectives and insights that you otherwise wouldn’t have. So give a podcast a chance. Take a listen. I’m glad I did. Here are my fav’s below!

  • The Marie Forleo Podcast - She’s the inspiration and positivity fairy. You can also watch all of these episodes/interviews on her Youtube channel which I prefer. Her latest interview with Joe Polish is so so good. Check it out!!

  • EmpowerHer with host Kacia Ghetmiri - She’s your hype girl! I love this girl. She will fire you up, is really down to earth and all about self-development. She talks super fast but she has such a good heart. I honestly feel like a good friend is talking to me. Some of her stuff truly hits home

  • The Goal Digger Podcast with Jenna Kutcher

  • Earn Your Happy with Lori Harder- I’ve gotten some seriously eye-opening and beneficial takeaways from her and her interviews. She’s great

  • Cathy Heller Presents Don't Keep Your Day Job - She’s one of the rare people who’s totally in alignment, doing what she loves and inspiring others to do the same. Very thought provoking and goes deep
